- Introduction By accessing Scarlet Stays, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Services Offered Scarlet Stays provides home stays / vacation rentals accommodation bookings. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- By confirming a booking, you agree to pay the fees and taxes as displayed at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in case of payment failure or suspected fraud.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations: Bookings cancelled 30 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund. Bookings cancelled 15 – 29 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled 7 – 14 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 25% refund. Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days as per Razorpay’s processing timelines.
User Conduct Users must provide accurate information. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the website will lead to immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property All content on this website, including logos and images, is the property of Scarlet Stays and protected by copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability Scarlet Stays is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, beyond the amount paid for the specific booking.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India
